Hanna Glow reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Return & Refund Policy

At Hanna Glow, we are committed to creating skincare that makes you feel confident and cared for. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our store-specific policies.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return (sale items are final)

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start the return process, please contact our customer service at: hannaglow.official.au@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

  • Do not send products back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.​

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Hanna Glow is not responsible for items lost in transit.​

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
